Description

Auxiliary for mounting a floor drain in a wooden floor. The mounting plate can be turned to adapt to the floor structure. Supplied complete with screws for fixing to the wooden floor and screws for fixing the floor drain to the mounting plate. A mounting ring Float 12 is also included. The mounting plate, which is 22mm thick, is screwed onto the floor joists and the top edge is then level with the floor chipboard. In cases where the floor is to be reinforced for tiling with tiles, the Float 12 mounting ring is installed between the floor drain and the mounting plate. In this way, the floor drain can be raised by 12 mm without using a traditional elevation ring. By using JAFO's mounting plate 2, the pipe fitter can complete the entire floor drain and pipe installation in one go.
