The MA 133D is a plant-eating 2-part slot flame nozzle, It can be used for all gas cutting up to 300mm material thickness.

Description

The MA 133D is a plant-eating 2-part slot flame nozzle. It can be used for all gas cutting up to 300mm material thickness. The outer nozzle is in chrome-plated copper, which means that spray and slag have a harder time sticking to the nozzle. The inner nozzle is made of copper.

The properties of the heat flame together with the expanding cutting channel provide a highly concentrated and stable cutting oxygen jet, which enables high cutting speed and cut quality.

Distinctive properties and area of use,

  • With knowledge of the gas cutting process and the right gas supply, high cutting speed (eg approx. 700 mm per minute in 10 mm material thickness) can be used in production.
  • High cut quality.
